About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage finance projects and initiatives
Develop project plans and timelines
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and success
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Requirements
Proven experience of 5+ years in finance project management or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
5+ years of experience in management and leadership of finance teams and organizations
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Six Sigma
Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop financial models and perform scenario analysis
Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets, with a strong understanding of project financials and cost control
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, with strong presentation and influencing skills
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with Master's degree in finance or MBA preferred
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
Experience in a multinational company or global finance function, with an understanding of international finance and taxation
