Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect procurement categories
Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier sourcing, RFP/tender management, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management
Drive cost optimization initiatives through commercial analysis, savings tracking, and procurement governance
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to manage procurement risks.
Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend data, and leverage procurement tools and technology

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related discipline
Ideally minimum 3–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or indirect purchasing
Strong experience managing services procurement, ideally within facilities management, banking, financial services, or corporate accounts
Strong commercial acumen with proven exposure to cost savings initiatives, contract negotiations, budgeting, and vendor management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication (English & local language), and analytical skills
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and procurement systems/tools
