Role Overview
- Help build the foundation of our Business Development and Operations processes
- Support the setup and further development of our operations structures
- Bring order to our data, documents, and processes
- Maintain and structure content in tools
- Coordinate and organize documentation for our battery storage projects
- Identify inefficient workflows and build scalable systems
- Lead small projects in automation, reporting, and AI-supported process optimization
Requirements
- Ability to work in a structured and reliable way
- Quick to get up to speed with new tools (Sheets, Drive, SevDesk or similar)
- Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear
- Enjoy working with numbers, documents, and systems
