Design and implement credit risk management solutions
Conduct modelling, independent reviews, and validation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD etc.)
Advise on credit risk policies and frameworks
Contribute to regulatory compliance projects (CRR/CRD IV and IFRS9)
Deliver high-quality services to clients, leveraging your knowledge and communication skills
Develop and present cohesive conclusions on report findings to clients
Assist clients in preparing for Regulatory Reporting (COREP, FINREP etc.)

Enrolled in a Master’s degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, econometrics, risk or a related field
Passionate about working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Foundational understanding of regulatory frameworks (Basel III/CRD IV, BRRD)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; fluent in English for professional contexts
Previous internship experience in the financial sector, ideally in financial risk management (Nice to have)
Practical exposure to applying Basel III/CRD IV or BRRD concepts in academic or project work (Nice to have)
Experience working in team-based quantitative or risk-related projects (Nice to have)
Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-specialists (Nice to have)
Knowledge of additional tools or languages (e.g. VBA, Python, R) relevant to quantitative or risk analysis (Nice to have)
