About this role
Role Overview
- Manage inventory for physical stores and e-commerce, aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory;
- Report and monitor replenishment KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased performance;
- Analyze inventory using historical demand and forecasts, considering seasonality and promotions;
- Prepare inventory for seasonal periods, monitoring sales accelerations and mitigating stockouts;
- Replenish physical stores and e-commerce by aligning sales performance and stockout indicators with commercial strategy;
- Evaluate variances and investigate root causes of replenishment issues, and develop and execute consistent action plans;
- Serve as the focal point for replenishment matters related to the assigned categories;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Availability to work in Alphaville – Barueri (SP);
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Experience in Supply/Replenishment/Allocation;
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is desirable.
