Role Overview
Experience in Card Business and Payment Methods:
Card issuers (banks, fintechs, retailers, cooperatives).
Card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex) or acquirers/sub-acquirers.
Card lifecycle:
Onboarding and credit approval
Credit granting and limit management
Authorization and transaction settlement
Statements, installment plans, interest, revolving credit
Cancellation and delinquency prevention
Related products:
Physical and digital cards
Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay)
Working with Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models.
Creating and prioritizing a backlog oriented to business value.
Writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and frequent refinements.
Defining and tracking product KPIs and OKRs
Experience with continuous discovery (MVPs, A/B testing, experimentation).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with data modeling and building analytical pipelines.
Regulatory knowledge
Familiarity with Bacen (Central Bank of Brazil), CMN and payment scheme regulations.
Experience with products involving credit risk management.
Previous experience onboarding new credit cards across multiple channels.
Previous experience with credit card payment journeys (statements, installments, PIX, etc.).
Analytical thinking and result-oriented critical mindset
Frequent use of data and analytics for decision making
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Good communication with technical and business areas.
Proactivity and ownership mentality.
Organization and attention to detail.
