Support internal communication of specific topics at Fácil Assist, ensuring clarity and alignment with company guidelines
Work with the Internal Communications team to execute daily tasks (creating, editing, and distributing content)
Manage and update internal communication channels (email, intranet, announcements, campaigns, etc.)
Assist in organizing and executing internal campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with different departments, understanding needs and translating information into clear messages

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
Practical knowledge of task management tools (e.g., Planner, Trello, Asana)
Prior experience in internal communications is a plus
Basic knowledge of corporate communication tools (Marketing Cloud) and Microsoft 365
Absenteeism of up to 7%
Minimum of 9 months working at the company in the current position and/or area
Not participating in other internal opportunities
Performance evaluation of "Meets expectations" or higher in the most recent PAD
No disciplinary actions in the last 3 months
