Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content that attracts top-tier candidates
Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and culture fit
Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
Collaborate with the broader People team to enhance the candidate experience and refine our employer brand
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process
Stay on top of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in modern recruiting
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven company
Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels
Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly and represent our brand with authenticity
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use them to drive decisions
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude — you're a partner, not just a process manager
Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or a remote-first environment is a plus
