Role Overview
- Perform analyses of data, KPIs and performance, generating insights to support strategic decision-making
- Connect information and translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Interact with various internal teams, including technology, product and operations teams, contributing to integrated solutions
- Facilitate team ceremonies using Agile methodology
Requirements
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI
- Proactive, curious, and capable of solving complex problems
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
