This role leads complex in-store marketing initiatives, requiring a strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail trends, and point-of-sale engagement strategies
It collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, merchandising, sales, and training, to address in-store marketing challenges and enhance the customer experience
The position develops and implements strategies that improve in-store execution, optimize retail environments, and drive shopper conversion
It also focuses on product enablement within the store—ensuring frontline teams are equipped with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively represent products and guide customer decisions
The role leverages customer insights, store-level data, and feedback to refine messaging, displays, and promotional tactics at the point of purchase
Requirements
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with in-store product enablement, including frontline team training, product demos, sales tools, and point-of-sale messaging
Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail execution, and how to improve conversion at the shelf or display level
