You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the robustness of the systems that make up the platform, coordinating with the rest of the team working across different layers of the infrastructure and ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
You will participate in product planning and development with a quality-focused mindset and work alongside cross-functional teams following development best practices.
Conduct exploratory testing on developed features and automate product tests, always seeking best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Develop applications in Python according to the needs of our products
Design and implement automated tests
Use AI as an accelerator
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Act as an active change agent, promoting a quality mindset within Product Squads
Nice to have: experience with or knowledge of BDD and strong proficiency in Python
Familiarity with GIT
Experience with programming best practices and agile methodologies
Knowledge of continuous integration
A critical and curious mindset is highly welcome on our team
