Role Overview
- Handle Employment Practices Liability claims
- Identify, investigate, and resolve multiple coverage issues
- Provide clear and concise communication of policy coverage issues
- Timely investigate claims for coverage, liability and damage analysis
- Work with the Insured and defense counsel for claims resolutions
- Analyze and budget litigation of each claim
- Manage reserve adjustments and payments to avoid deficits
Requirements
- Claims and/or litigation experience
- Financial Lines experience (EPL, D&O, ERISA claims) preferred
- Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- JD highly preferred
