Role Overview
- Manage internal and client facing reporting for the revenue department
- Build and analyze financial models
- Focus on financial analytics
- Collaborate with project management, operations, and data teams
- Represent the revenue department in meetings with stakeholders across the company
- Present findings to the revenue leadership team
- Coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews
- Requires excellent organizational skills and direct interaction with C-level executives
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in financial modeling and reporting
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or analytics
- Strong excel experience generating financial models
- Strong presentation skills presenting findings to CXO level
- Experience with SQL a plus
- Project Management background a plus
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Experience building financial models
- Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field required)
- Fundamental and working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
- High proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling
- Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed to complete projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
