Revenue Strategy Analyst

Role Overview

• Manage internal and client facing reporting for the revenue department
• Build and analyze financial models
• Focus on financial analytics
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and data teams
• Represent the revenue department in meetings with stakeholders across the company
• Present findings to the revenue leadership team
• Coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews
• Requires excellent organizational skills and direct interaction with C-level executives

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience in financial modeling and reporting
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or analytics
• Strong excel experience generating financial models
• Strong presentation skills presenting findings to CXO level
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Project Management background a plus
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Experience building financial models
• Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field required)
• Fundamental and working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
• High proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling
• Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
• Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed to complete projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
