Draft powers of attorney, notices and responses to official letters received by the company;
Perform activities related to legal assistance and the judicial and extrajudicial defense of the Company's interests in civil and labor proceedings, in both administrative and judicial spheres, and provide support for decision-making;
Ensure compliance with deadlines, analyze rulings and assess the viability of appeals;
Represent the Company, in court or out of court, in various civil and labor actions;
Act on behalf of the Company in court, initiating or defending civil and labor claims;
Conduct hearings, prepare legal opinions, review legislation for updates and implementation, assist company stakeholders, employees or related entities, and advise on negotiations;
Safeguard the Company's interests in maintaining and protecting its assets, facilitate business transactions and preserve individual and collective interests in accordance with ethical principles;
Conduct specific studies on legal topics and issues of interest to the Institution;
Prepare technical legal opinions by analyzing facts, reports and documents;
Draft and format legal documents;
Analyze legislation and advise on its application within the Institution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, degree completed at least two years ago.
Broad/general legal knowledge.
Experience in the legal department of technology companies is a plus.
