Role Overview
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech positions;
- Align job profiles with hiring managers;
- Actively hunt for technology professionals;
- Post job openings and screen résumés;
- Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments;
- Manage candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics;
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for Tech roles;
- Experience with active sourcing and candidate hunting;
- Knowledge of technology profiles (Development, Data, Infrastructure, Product, etc.);
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach;
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
