Role Overview
- Create visual assets for social media (static posts, carousels, stories, and dynamic formats)
- Adapt campaigns into content formats for different platforms
- Collaborate with copywriters, social media specialists, and community managers
- Ensure visual consistency and correct application of brand guidelines
- Support the creation of creative ideas focused on engagement
- Participate in brainstorms and the development of creative concepts
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Assistant Art Director or Junior Art Director in an advertising agency
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Strong visual repertoire and awareness of social media trends
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Up-to-date portfolio
