Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for large-scale federal transition assistance programs
Oversee program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership, ensuring all contractual deliverables, schedules, reporting requirements, and performance standards are met
Lead cross-functional teams responsible for curriculum development, training operations, onsite support services, data analysis, and modernization initiatives
Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and quality control requirements
Monitor program risks and support the delivery of transition assistance services to approximately 200,000 transitioning Service members annually across more than 300 military installations worldwide
Requirements
12 years of experience
Master’s degree in related field
5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD
Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification)
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Ability to manage competing deadlines
Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
