Requirements
2-4 years of leadership experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy-related fields.
Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to respond to high-risk cases that include combatting hate speech, violent extremism, self-harm, fraud, exploitation, and misinformation/disinformation.
Strong ability to interpret and apply platform policies, ensuring team compliance and consistent enforcement.
Proficiency in tracking and reviewing moderation data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear guidance and feedback to team members.
