Lead the process of identifying the mix of measurement and analytics solutions that best meet client and internal team needs.
Serve as a senior client-facing analytics lead for key accounts, translating performance insights into strategic guidance.
A key responsibility for the Director and team will be anything that improves upon this core offering via observations from testing or analytics.
Support client campaign reporting in Tableau, Datorama and Excel.
Finding insights in disparate data sources that can refine our marketing strategy.
This role oversees a team of 2 analysts. The Director will be responsible for evaluating and refining team structure, setting annual team goals, and conducting reviews.
Requirements
7+ years in marketing analytics with a focus on digital analytics, Television, and/or Online Video, essential.
Proven track record of directly supporting clients with strategic guidance from measurement & testing tactics, a must-have.
Agency experience is strongly preferred, however, client or consultancy experience will also be considered.
The ability to translate results into clear, concise presentations, written reports, and data visualizations, required.
Resourceful, adaptable, and creative — must bring fresh insights and not be discouraged when all the data is not readily available.
Educational background in a statistical or analytical field preferred or equivalent experience.
Graduate degree is a strong plus but not required.
