Role Overview
- Understand business needs and priorities and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Collaborate with teams through workshops and collaborative working sessions.
- Monitor product development to ensure quality and alignment with business needs, respecting agreed timelines and costs.
- Refine and prioritize the backlog by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in product reviews and retrospectives with the teams.
- Document product definitions according to the proposed information model.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner with direct business engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
- Familiarity with the specific business/domain for which the role is hired.
- Product Owner certification.
- Sense of urgency and discipline.
