About this role
Role Overview
- Provide primary support to the Buyer responsible for General Expenses and Marketing
- Participate in running tenders through supplier sourcing
- Draft specifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate proposals, negotiate and select partners
- Support suppliers through the onboarding/reference process
- Monitor approvals and supplier accounts
- Contribute to updating procurement procedures
Requirements
- Currently studying at Master’s level (Bac +4 to Bac +5) or on a gap year
- Comfortable with technology
- Fluent in English
- Results-oriented
- Strong preference for following structured procedures
- Reliable, rigorous and well-organized
- Team player with excellent listening skills, autonomy and client focus
- Energetic, adaptable and curious
- Proficient with office IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
