Coordinate the creation, registration, amendment and cancellation of products with the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS);
Monitor the portfolio's loss ratio (sinistrality) and propose mitigation actions;
Develop, monitor and analyze portfolio indicators, including IDSS and care (clinical) risk;
Prepare analytical and executive reports to support senior management, the Board and Councils;
Participate in pricing and rate adjustment studies together with the actuarial area;
Monitor care, operational, regulatory and financial risks;
Review product regulations and support legal and administrative proceedings through technical analyses;
Propose improvements to processes, indicators and data governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Social Work, Nursing or related management/healthcare fields.
Postgraduate degree in Health Services Management, Business Management or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of supplementary health regulation and standards of the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS).
Experience monitoring indicators (IDSS, loss ratio/sinistrality, care risk and IGR).
Experience in data analysis, management dashboards and preparation of executive reports to support decision-making.
Knowledge of pricing, rate adjustments and actuarial analysis.
Knowledge of risk management (care/clinical, underwriting, credit, market, legal and operational risks).
Experience with product registration and amendment procedures with the ANS.
Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools and office application packages, with emphasis on advanced Excel, Power BI and analytical tools (SQL, R or Python).
Preferably previous experience with audits, ANS or health plan operators.
Preferred coursework in supplementary health regulation, risk management, actuarial analysis, performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis and Supplementary Health Management.
Plus: experience in technical leadership or project coordination.
Proven experience in the supplementary health sector, with work in indicator analysis, health products, regulation or related areas.
