Support the process for creating, registering, and canceling health products with the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS).
Monitor performance indicators for the beneficiary portfolio.
Monitor and analyze product sinistrality (claims experience/medical loss ratio).
Prepare analytical performance reports for the portfolio.
Support pricing and rate adjustment studies for products.
Monitor clinical/care, operational, and regulatory risks.
Assist in monitoring the IDSS and other regulatory indicators.
Support drafting and formalizing product regulations for health plans/products.
Provide data-driven support to the Board and Councils.
Support preparation of technical responses in actuarial expert proceedings, when required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Social Work, Nursing, or related management/healthcare fields.
Knowledge of supplementary health regulation and ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) rules and regulations.
Knowledge of clinical/care and financial performance indicators.
Experience in data analysis and building analytical reports.
Basic understanding of pricing and rate adjustments for health products.
Knowledge of monitoring clinical/care, underwriting, credit, operational, and legal risks.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and/or Business Intelligence tools.
Basic to intermediate knowledge in interpreting actuarial data.
Familiarity with processes for registering, modifying, and canceling products with the ANS.
Experience with systems like TABNET or health databases is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Desirable knowledge of SQL or analytical languages such as R or Python.
Experience in supplementary health activities, data analysis, performance indicators, and product development/management.
