Role Overview
- Lead the development of high-performance Java applications
- Participate in and lead architecture and technical design decisions
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Perform code reviews and support team development
- Resolve complex issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams
- Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture and engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced English (C2)
- Extensive experience in Java 8+ development and enterprise application architecture
- Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP, and engineering best practices
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Technical leadership skills, mentoring, and code review experience
- Experience using GenAI / AI tools applied to software development
