Digital Coordinator, Bilingual (German, English)

Role Overview

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rental and pickup, and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Promote additional sales and improvements through calls.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and mobility solutions.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
• Excellent customer orientation and ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in an international environment.
• Quick identification of problems and proposing effective solutions to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
