Senior Procurement Associate

Role Overview

• Support category managers in sourcing events and supplier assessments
• Assist in vendor due diligence and supplier reviews
• Provide vendor management and supplier status updates
• Prepare reports for strategic planning and supplier performance
• Maintain procurement systems ensuring data accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues and enhance ERP/P2P tool usability
• Contribute to procurement process improvement initiatives
• Provide audit support and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 5 – 8 years in procurement or related field
• Strong knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes
• Proficiency with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), Oracle
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills
• Proven project‑management capability
