About this role
Role Overview
Drive and coordinate market access strategies for partner products
Lead and coordinate the pricing & reimbursement strategy for partner products in CEE
Coordinate local execution via country teams or partner companies
Provide Patient Access input during BD evaluations and due diligence
Serve as the primary PA interface toward partner companies for CEE
Monitor policy, payer and HTA landscape developments across CEE relevant for partner products
Communicate changes to both internal stakeholders and partners
Requirements
University degree
Experience in Market Access / P&R / HTA within pharma, understanding of CEE reimbursement systems
Experience with partnered products or alliance structures preferred
Strong understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environment and government affairs/policy/advocacy
Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment.
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to manage complex, matrixed interactions
Ability to identify compelling ways to demonstrate and communicate product value to payers/stakeholders
