About this role
Role Overview
Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
