Working Student, Trade Fairs & Events

Role Overview

• Organization and planning of events and trade fairs
• Coordination of all pre-event planning
• Management and coordination of vendors and overall event logistics
• Development of new event formats
• Definition of new processes and workflows
• Creation of copy and graphics for social media
• Preparation of reports, documentation, and schedules
• Development of new marketing materials
• Updating and preparing presentations
• Close collaboration with external marketing and event agencies
• Conducting online research and market analysis

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program from the 5th semester onwards
• Enthusiasm for organizational tasks
• Flexibility and creativity
• Hands-on mentality
• Ideally, some practical experience in trade fair planning and marketing
• Team player; motivated and self-driven
• Out-of-the-box thinking
• Reliable, organized, and structured work style
• Open and confident demeanor
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2)
• Availability of 15–20 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months
