Support the sales strategy and sales enrollment initiatives to ensure annual sales goals are successfully achieved
Work with Leadership to provide support for the internal systems tracking of sales and commissions
Manage daily onboarding of agents including validation of completion of required trainings, licenses are current and active
Coordinate commissions of agents by working with IT, Payroll, and Accounting departments as needed
Manage the Agent Appointment database for brokered agents
Create and document standard operating procedures for all job functions
Act as primary point of contact for broker questions relating to members, commissions, appointments, and material ordering

Associates degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the sales and marketing industry
Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid Managed Care or Commercial Health Insurance experience is preferred
Execute effective use of CRM system
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Maintain regulatory knowledge for compliance to state regulatory insurance, CMS, and CareSource requirements
