Generate, co-manage and co-direct the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums
Provide superior comping skills on multiple projects
Develop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
Concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
Requirements
4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
Bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field
In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills
Keen attention to detail
Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient
Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work
