Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Act as the primary point of contact between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS for business and technology initiatives
• Translate Ameriprise Bank business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications
• Provide detailed analysis of business needs to support complex, business-critical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues
• Ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated across stakeholders
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing to validate solution outcomes
• Drive issue identification, escalation, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Support implementation and post-deployment checkout activities
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation, process flows, and user manuals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Strong experience working between business and technology teams
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and technical systems
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Experience supporting testing and implementation activities
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Visa sponsorship must not be required for employment in the United States.
