- Identify success factors using hard metrics and qualitative indicators.
- Work independently and understand which levers to adjust to give a video the best chance of going viral.
- Stay up to date and be familiar with the most common social media trends.
Requirements
- Above-average ability to detect patterns and identify errors in large datasets.
- Strong affinity for internet culture, social media trends, and a willingness to experiment with content formats.
- High stamina for repetitive but insight-rich analysis.
- Access to video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
