Plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations
Requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers
Exercises independent judgment to deliver implementations accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards
Serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation
Builds strong consultative client relationships that drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and utilization
Delivers a high-touch customer experience, providing training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations
Supports customers in optimizing program performance
Requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the company’s products and services
Takes a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding fleet customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
5+ years of experience in project management activities
3+ years of experience working with APIs and/or other integration solutions with external stakeholders
Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
Strong project management, organizational, technical and analytical skills
Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions
Excellent presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
