Work alongside and support the existing team across our various sports operations
Plan and deliver football and other sports operations on-site within your designated region and, when required, outside it
Maintain and manage the excellent relationships established with our key clients
Manage existing suppliers throughout the year to ensure the best possible value creation
Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers and partners
Manage the budget for the operations assigned to you and perform post-event reconciliation
Book and invoice individual services requested by our clients
Create proposals (PPT) for upcoming operations
Manage operations using our in-house tool ARENA, including invoicing
Coordinate the logistics for our sports teams and their entourages arriving in their designated region

Experience in a similar role within sports, sports logistics, or tourism & event management
Ability to integrate into our team and learn from the experience
Confidence to independently manage an allocated number of groups and teams
Strong willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative environment
Excellent destination knowledge
Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and clients
Strong language skills (English and French mandatory)
Excellent multitasking ability with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong planning and execution skills
Solid project and time management skills
A degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or event management is highly desirable but not essential
