Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives across multiple strategic software delivery projects
Champion automation, continuous testing and shift-left testing methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Development, Dev-ops, etc.) to define test plans and delivery schedules
Track QE deliverables, KPI’s and defect metrics, report progress to Executives and leaders
Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to quality and testing timelines
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of testing documentation as part of Change Management processes
Hire, mentor and coach QE professionals to build high-performing, motivated teams
Drive improvements in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and release process
Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and external regulatory requirements
Provide clear, concise communication to executives and stakeholders regarding testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation strategies
