Collaborate closely with collaborators, developers, and users to identify and detail software products and deployment processes.
Regularly report on project progress and dependencies to keep everyone aligned.
Conduct peer editing and reviews, adhering to both internal and industry standards.
Ensure that final documents are user-friendly and of the highest quality.
Research and share new documentation methods to continuously improve our processes.
Manage and complete documentation projects, meeting all achievements and deadlines.
Mentor team members on the peer review process and documentation standards.
Work with the team to refine builds and break down large projects into manageable tasks.
Effectively manage your time across multiple projects.
Troubleshoot and research documentation issues, implementing effective solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in technical writing and document preparation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Snagit, Confluence, file management systems, project tracking systems, and publications software.
Ability to provide a portfolio or samples of your written work.
Experience with Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with structured authoring, DITA, and using a CCMS.
A background in technology development.
Intermediate XML knowledge is a plus.
