You support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning.
You further develop financial models and KPI dashboards and analyze where revenues, margins and working capital are heading — and why.
You translate operational and financial metrics into concrete recommendations for action.
You run business cases, support investment decisions and contribute to the development of our governance/management structures.
You work closely with Accounting, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure finance processes are transparent and efficient.
You actively drive digitalization and automation initiatives.
You support the CFO on strategic special projects — from ERP and reporting projects to assistance with audits and bank meetings. You take on coordination responsibility and keep an eye on the big picture.

3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controlling
You identify patterns in numbers and can make them understandable for others
Confident user of Excel and familiar with ERP and BI systems
Budgeting, forecasting and reporting are part of your daily routine, not exceptions
You work in a structured and independent way — you don’t need close supervision
Clear communicator, including when speaking to stakeholders outside Finance
Very good German skills and confident English proficiency
