Supports the direction and development of the long-term organizational financial strategy and operations for Trinity Health Medical Group.
Responsible for oversight of the Senior Financial Analysts.
Developing, interpreting and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques to support financial planning and control.
Providing financial business development, analytical services and recommendations that influence sound business decisions.
Guide longterm business planning choices within West Michigan sites, divisions or at the organizational level.
Manages assigned staff – hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, disciplining and terminations.
Ensures that policy is followed, procedures are updated and supports Finance training efforts for the organization.
Oversees and ensures consistent, efficient, and timely month-end reporting across medical group.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Broad based experience knowledge of finance, business planning, cost accounting/service line analysis and budgeting normally obtained over five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive financial experience.
Strong track record of working successfully with members of the Senior Leadership Team, operations, management and staff.
