You enable and inspire our clients to fully leverage Microsoft 365 and support them in sustainably establishing new ways of working.
You identify relevant trends, experiment with new technologies such as Viva, Purview, and Copilot, and apply them purposefully.
SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive & Co. are your tools, complemented by smart automations using the Power Platform.
You work closely with Workplace and Cloud Consultants, Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Licensing Specialists, and our Service Desk to create holistic solutions for our clients.

You have several years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a comparable role within the Modern Work environment.
You bring solid expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly in areas such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and cloud identity and security concepts.
You have experience in information management, change management, and the rollout of new collaboration and communication solutions.
You think analytically, can capture requirements in a structured way, and translate them into clear, practical solutions.
You present yourself confidently, persuasively, and appropriately for the audience, both in direct client contact and in workshops or presentations.
You work in a self-organized and responsible manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple concurrent client projects.
You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
You are a strong team player, demonstrate high customer orientation, and are passionate about innovation, Modern Work, and digital transformation.
