Identifying gaps and opportunities within the member journey, building lifecycle and CRM campaigns to improve member outcomes.
Monitoring campaign and engagement performance, using data and insight to continuously optimise results.
Presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Testing and exploring new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities using a data-led, test-and-learn approach.
Creating compelling member-facing content across email, intranet, posters, and digital communications.
Acting as the internal expert on member engagement, messaging quality, and customer communications.
Supporting the development and continuous improvement of CRM journeys, marketing processes, and engagement frameworks.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Commercial teams to improve the overall member experience.
Requirements
Experience within B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging that resonates with a consumer audience.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns, journeys, and engagement reporting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action.
A proactive, high-agency mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and take ownership without waiting for direction.
High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences and communications.
Energy, curiosity, and a genuine hunger to test, improve, and continuously optimise performance.
