You accompany and coach cross-functional teams in introducing and establishing agile methods and strengthen a shared understanding of the Scrum framework
You actively promote team development, knowledge transfer and the self-organization of team members
You organize and facilitate Scrum events, workshops and regular client exchanges
You help design sustainable processes and drive their continuous improvement
You identify impediments early and support the team in resolving them with a solution-oriented approach
You mediate conflicts confidently and guide participants through structured problem-solving processes
You support Product Owners in maintaining and evolving Scrum artifacts and coach in the Scrum context as needed
Requirements
You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master and are enthusiastic about project work in software development
You have experience in the structured analysis, optimization and documentation of agile projects
You are strong in communication and motivate teams and stakeholders to adopt agile ways of working
You work in a self-organized, proactive manner and contribute to shaping your work environment
You speak German at least at C1 level
Experience with other agile methods or frameworks such as Kanban, XP, Design Thinking
Knowledge of TDD or ATDD
Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Miro
