Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a scrum master
- Experience analyzing Agile metrics such as Cycle Time, Throughput, or Velocity
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams on self-organization and Agile values
- Ability to lead all Scrum ceremonies and workshops
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Certification such as PSM II / III, A-CSM, or CSP-SM Certification
