Productivity and workflow analysis including work measurements with subsequent design and implementation of staffing plans.
Process re-engineering and productivity improvement to align operational needs with business requirements.
You and your team is responsible for the facilities within the Netherlands.
Working on implementing and improving automation within the warehouses as Autostore and Locus.
Creation and distribution of automated productivity and quality reports.
Trend analysis in support of operational management.
Compliance with operational plans, procedures, customer requirements, quality goals, service levels, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
Implementation of job specific training for operations staff including ongoing training, education and development on procedures and guidelines.
Take the lead in managing layout changes, developing new layouts for customer implementations, retention projects, and reconfigurations, in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
Requirements
Over 5 years of proven experience in Warehouse Logistics operations
Educated to at least BA or BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, related engineering.
Driven self-starter with strong organizational skills and project analysis experience with proven track record.
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Access, AutoCAD, PowerBI and Sketchup
Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual skills; logical thinker
High degree of accuracy; eye for detail; accountable
Cross-functional communication & relationship building skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
