About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure
- Perform L2 troubleshooting for routing, switching, and connectivity issues
- Handle incidents, service requests, and escalation support
- Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, and data center network operations
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional technical teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
- Document incidents, resolutions, and network changes
Requirements
- German Language Proficiency: C1 Level
- Ability to work onsite in Frankfurt or Berlin
- Prior experience in L2 Network Support roles
- EU work authorization preferred
- Strong experience in: Routing & Switching
- TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
- Cisco / Juniper / Aruba networking technologies
- Firewall and VPN troubleshooting
- Network monitoring tools
- Experience in incident management and ticketing systems
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
