Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture
Oversee development and retention strategies for the GTM and Underwriting departments
Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
Guide teams through organizational changes
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management
Identify training and development needs and work with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR or other business-related field
5+ years of experience as an HRBP, 3+ year of direct GTM support
Experience supporting high-volume workforces with monthly performance-based incentives, within sales, underwriting or customer support/collection environments.
Must have experience working with a global workforce of between 400-500 employees
Strong understanding of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations pertaining to hourly employees
Experience with the following Lattice, Rippling & ChangeEngine is a plus
