Act as the People Business Partner for the VP B2B, supporting and influencing business strategy through data analysis, active listening and correlation of information related to the portfolio and Vivo’s strategic objectives;
Serve as a reference across People subsystems, acting as the link between the business and specialist areas, feeding HR teams with insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions;
Support managers in performance management and talent development, including identification of potential, succession planning, internal movements, and address issues related to organizational climate, culture and engagement;
Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose HR solutions based on data, indicators and market best practices;
Design, implement and monitor customized programs and initiatives for the portfolio when not covered by corporate (cross) solutions;
Perform organizational structure analyses, support headcount processes, internal movements, job openings and define recruitment and selection strategies in partnership with Talent Attraction;
Handle complaints/reports received through different channels, conducting analyses and proposing and monitoring action plans to mitigate risks and improve the organizational environment;
Act as a guardian of policies, rules, guidelines and organizational culture, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation;
Support and lead organizational transformation initiatives, cultural change and continuous improvement;
Work in an integrated way with People specialist teams, ensuring coherence, efficiency and focus on value for the business;
Use methodologies, frameworks and tools that strengthen the strategic role of the Business Partner;
Monitor and apply People-area trends, supporting data-driven decision making and adoption of market best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred;
Experience with analysis and interpretation of data to generate insights and support business-aligned decision making;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Experience with the different HR subsystems;
Experience working in several key HR subsystems;
Strong ability to read and interpret metrics, data and correlations;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with methodologies that contribute to business development;
Use/familiarity with AI as a strategic support tool.
