Role Overview
- Own the enterprise product strategy and capabilities for personalized customer facing experiences
- Lead digital optimization and omni-channel orchestration platforms
- Drive the strategic direction for Test & Learn program and digital placement strategies
- Develop a team of internal associates and external vendors for optimization and personalization
- Provide oversight on Web and Mobile Marketing banners via Adobe products
- Establish platform standards, documentation, governance, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS, IS, MIS, etc.) or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 8+ years of experience with digital optimization and personalization programs
- Deep expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience
- Strong understanding of digital data layers, tagging architectures, and cross-channel measurement
