Role Overview
- Oversee and actively run the day-to-day order fulfilment operations for EMEA and other regions as assigned.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for all order-related issues across EMEA.
- Provide functional leadership, guidance, and best-practice support to the EMEA Order Management team.
- Lead regional order management initiatives, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant order management experience
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
