Role Overview
- Close collaboration with founders and hiring managers
- Defining role profiles and prioritizing hires
- Identifying and qualifying candidates
- Advising stakeholders with market insights
- Conducting interviews and facilitating debrief sessions
- Developing and optimizing recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks
- Sharing knowledge within the team and supporting colleagues with recruiting best practices
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment
- Experience in active sourcing
- Ability to advise stakeholders
- Experience optimizing recruiting processes
- Team-oriented approach
- Fluent English; German skills are a plus
- Based in Berlin
- Open to hybrid work
